This one’s about thought patterns and how they sneak up on you. I use the metaphor of getting in the wrong car and how thoughts can be like loud, flashy cars on a busy street, and if you’re not paying attention, you’ll get in one headed straight for fear, doubt, or someone else’s destination.
In this episode of the Happy Human podcast, I break down how that shows up in creative life. I share a personal update on the Happy Human journey, some reflections from building a community brand for Laredo with my buddy Sketch 83, and even a little UFC analogy (shout out to Topuria for calling his win before the fight! He got on the car headed towards a KO in the 1st round). Whether it’s the car of procrastination, overthinking, or someone else’s fear, you have to be aware of what you’re riding in and who’s driving.
This one’s for anyone navigating ideas, goals, or just trying to stay focused when every car (thought) is loud and trying to get your attention.
